Precautions

1.Turn off the main power supply for the starter.

2. The companies that install Mobile Auto are Jio, Airtel, BSNL, Idea, and Vodafone (VI). Check which SIM card has the best range and insert that SIM card. Also, activate the SIM card as per the company’s guidelines and remember to recharge it every month.

3. Ensure that the Mobile Auto is configured to receive SMS and calls for any motor faults. It is crucial to maintain sufficient balance in the SIM card.

4. If the Mobile Auto has weak network coverage, use a 3-phase line wire as an antenna. Keep the sides apart and position the antenna at a higher elevation.

Connection procedure for starters

1.Connect the red wire labeled L1, the yellow wire labeled L2, and the blue wire labeled L3 of the main supply.

2.Connect the first three wires, red wire labeled M1, yellow wire labeled M2, and blue wire labeled M3, to the appropriate points of the motor. Then, connect the remaining three wires, red wire labeled M4, yellow wire labeled M5, and blue wire labeled M6, to the other points on the motor. Double-check all connections for safety before powering on.
